EcoQprepâ„¢ mRNA Kit is a magnetic beadbased system for isolating high-quality mRNA with poly(A) tails from cultured cells, animal tissues, and plant tissues. Using oligo(dT) magnetic nanobeads and the EcoQprepâ„¢ Magnetic Separation Rack, the kit provides a faster and simpler workflow than traditional spin column methods. Because it does not require centrifugation, it reduces energy use and plastic waste. The purified mRNA is ready for downstream applications such as RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, cDNA synthesis, and gene cloning.
